The MFNL released its representative team squads last week, with a host of local talent named in the sides.
Tigers youngsters Edie Ross-Soden and Abbey Mele are in the 13-and-under team, with 12 players named overall in each age group.
Amalie Pate was included in the 15-and-under list, while Sophie Kennedy and Tahlia Pate have both been named as training partners for the 17-and-under lineup.
Being part of the squads is a great opportunity for the young Tigers, who will get a chance to play against some of the top netball talent across Victoria and southern NSW.
The Murray League representative teams will take part in round-robin tournaments throughout the year in Echuca, Shepparton, Albury and Wangaratta.
The tournaments are open to any netball association across the state, with the various teams battling it out to reach the association championships held in Melbourne later in the year.
Alongside the Cobram quintet, three Numurkah netballers have also been named in their respective teams.
Aida Hickey and Neive O’Dwyer will represent the Blues in the 17-and-under side, while Taesharn Crowe is in the 13-and-under team.
