That leaves division three in Saturday pennant and division two in midweek the only losers.
Saturday’s division one side played Numurkah at Numurkah and won by just two shots, two rinks down and one up.
Division two won by 10 shots against Tocumwal Golf with two rinks down but one up.
Division three played Jerilderie and lost by 16 shots with one rink up.
Division five played Numurkah and won by six shots with one rink up and one rink down.
Divisions one, two and five hold on to top place on the ladders.
Division one midweek played third-placed Tocumwal and had a resounding victory, winning on all three rinks by 38 shots overall.
The division two side went down to third-placed Katandra West by 40 shots overall.
Division one is now in fourth position, while division two sits seventh on their respective ladders.
Don’t forget there is no midweek pennant this week due to the Melbourne Cup, but we are having a bowl at 11am followed by a chicken and champagne lunch together with many sweeps and other activities to keep everyone interested before the big race.

We have Ruth Burnett and Ian Smethurst through to the final of the mixed pairs and they will meet Ray Parks and Jenny Warfe at a date to be decided by the match committee.
On Sunday, we had the semi-finals and finals of the Murray men’s and women’s fours, played at Barooga.
We ar epleased to let all our members know that our women’s four — Cheryl Merrett, Ruth Burnett, Liz Ewing and Fran Thatcher — defeated the Numurkah Golf team.
It will now play in a final against the winning four from the Goulburn Murray playing area at a date and time to be decided.
In the men’s final, it was the Finley team that defeated Numurkah Golf.
