One of the break and enters, in Hardinge St, was reported to police Friday last week.
The other was at a home in Macauley St, during which cash and keys were taken, and the occupant’s car stolen.
It was later recovered near Scott’s Park in Russell St, Deniliquin.
Based on information, the teen was arrested about 8pm Wednesday and charged with two counts of aggravated break enter and steal, and one count of take and drive conveyance without the consent of the owner.
The teen was bailed to appear before a Children’s Court on December 11.
Police are still seeking information into other crimes reported last weekend, and others which have come to police attention since.
In Tuesday’s edition, we reported on a shop attendant allegedly being threatened with a knife after two men entered the Hardinge St business on Sunday night demanding cash.
Two neighbouring businesses in End St were also broken into over the weekend, with cash stolen from one and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from the other.
Another business break-in was reported after our Tuesday edition went to print.
A number of items have been reported stolen from the Napier St business, with the break-in believed to have occurred between 11pm Sunday and 8am Monday.
Police are also investigating the theft of a vehicle from a licensed premises in Russell St, Deniliquin.
It was taken about midnight Wednesday, and located seven hours later in Wyatt St, near the Edward River, after being involved in a crash.
No-one was with the vehicle, which was seized for forensic testing.
