The students were led by their music teacher Mathew Dudfield in the warmly received performance on December 6.
“I’m going to jam along with you,” one resident told the group.
Others joined in the dance actions that went along with the students’ performance.
The students also made Christmas cards to be handed out to the residents.
Teacher Rochelle Gough said that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year was the first time since 2019 the students were able to visit Barrabill House.
“They were very keen to get it happening again,” Mrs Gough said.
She said the school was looking forward to having students visit on a more regular basis next year, as part of the Year 9 religious education curriculum, which includes an ‘acts of service’ component.
