Police allegedly found a large amount of drugs and an imitation firearm when they pulled over a car on Friday afternoon, May 17.
Police said a car was being driven erratically on Benalla-Tocumwal Rd, Muckatah, about 3.30pm.
Police allege there were road users who were forced to take evasive action to avoid a collision before the silver Holden station wagon was stopped by police.
Police say a significant quantity of drugs and weapons were found following the stop.
A 34-year-old man has been charged with trafficking a commercial quantity of methamphetamine , trafficking GHB, being a prohibited person possessing an imitation firearm, and driving while disqualified and reckless conduct endangering life.
The man was remanded in custody and will next appear at Shepparton Magistrates’ Court in August.
