He is restoring grave plaques, breathing new life into the final resting places of Seymour people and reminding residents that their roots are worth preserving.
What started as a personal project a few years ago when he restored his dad’s and brother’s graves has now evolved into a passion project of paying respects to those who have passed.
“So many people seem to have forgotten their deceased loved ones, judging by the rusted state of the grave plaques,” Mr Crozier said.
“I will restore them like new, give your loved ones the honour they deserve.
“I enjoy doing it. It comes up better than the new ones you can buy now.”
Mr Crozier will restore brass, steel and bronze plaques.
If you have a plaque you would like restored, phone Mick Crozier on 0499 474 431.
