Greater Shepparton City Council’s Christmas elves are out and about this December.

Hold tight - we’re checking permissions before loading more content

But before they helped kick off the festive season, the elves were put through a master-class — which included face-painting lessons — on how to spread Christmas cheer throughout the region.
