Applications for the Country Education Foundation of Edward River Region (ERCEF) grants program close next week.
The grants are designed to assist young people to pursue their goals through study or training in 2024.
ERCEF provides grants ranging from $500 to $5000 per student each year to help local youth achieve their post-high school education, training, and vocational aspirations.
This grant can be used to purchase textbooks and laptops for university students, tools and equipment for apprentices, and to help rural and regional youth relocate to take up career opportunities.
The program is available to young people in the Deniliquin, Conargo, Blighty, Mayrung, Pretty Pine, Wanganella, and Booroorban areas.
Applications for the grants will close on January 31. You can apply online at www.cef.org.au.
