Progressive vote-count data is now available in all seven undecided Greater Shepparton City Council ward elections.
Pine Lodge Ward and Yanha Gurtji Ward early voting shows a significant lead for one candidate in each respective race.
In Pine Lodge, Geoff Akers has 1735 out of 3536 votes polled thus far (out of a potential 5447) - which equates to 50.16 per cent.
The other three candidates in the ward have all polled more than 10 per cent - Jac McCarty (22.55 per cent), Ian Martin (16.31 per cent) and Phillip Chua (10.99 per cent).
Almost 65 per cent of the possible votes in the ward have been counted.
In Yanha Gurtji, 2648 of 4988 potential votes have been counted (53.09 per cent), and Fern Summer has collected 1055 of them (41.21 per cent).
Only a small margin separates the other two candidates in the ward in Tom Saxton (30.23 per cent) and Leigh Johnson (28.55 per cent).
As previously reported, Kieron Eddy is leading the way in Lower Goulburn with 46.44 per cent of the current votes and Steven Threlfall is in front in McEwen with 61.32 per cent.
In Balaclava, Shane Sali has secured 76.3 per cent of the voting thus far, while Paul Wickham has 31.35 per cent of the Goulburn River votes.
The race in the Kialla Ward is the closest at the current time, with just 71 votes between Anthony Brophy (34.83 per cent) and Terri Cowley (32.65 per cent).
