No-one was injured when two cars collided at a busy Shepparton intersection on Monday, June 5.
Shepparton police Acting Sergeant Ian Fulton said a Camry travelling south on Numurkah Rd went through a red light and collided with a Corolla travelling east on Brauman St about 7.50pm.
Sgt Fulton said the 18-year-old driver of the Camry told police he went through the red light “due to low visibility as a result of the window being fogged”.
The teenager from the Melbourne suburb of Keysborough, and a 47-year-old Shepparton man who was driving the Corolla, were not injured in the collision.
Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
The 18-year-old was fined for disobeying a traffic light.
