In a momentous occasion, the Cobram Rotary Club celebrated its 70th anniversary with a special Changeover dinner.

The presidency baton was handed over from John Crawford to a dynamic trio: Doug Wright, Ellie Stephens, and James Cornish.
Nicky Goldsworthy received the Trevor Noonan Memorial Citizen of Distinction award, recognising her extensive community contributions, including her long-term involvement with the Moira Shire Australia Day awards.

Kevin Griffins of BMC Welding was honoured with the RJ Cornish Memorial award for the Apprentice/Trainee of the Year award, and Jordan Nankaville of Supreme Meats received the Rotary Customer Service award.

Both employers expressed immense pride in their young employees' achievements.
Rotary awards were presented to Lindon Mellier and Ellie Stephens, who were named Paul Harris Fellows, and Rob Love and John Crawford received Blue Sapphire honours. Hans Zonneveldt was named Rotarian of the Year.

Lorraine Greenwood of District AG officially inducted Doug, James, and Ellie as the Sharing Presidents for the 2024/25 term.
