Cobram Regional Care is a standalone, not-for-profit organisation that has been providing professional, quality aged care services to the local community for more than 30 years.

Cobram Regional Care commenced home care service delivery in 2021.
Our case managers are registered nurses, providing our clients with a dedicated case manager.
They can also provide a clinical assessment of the clients’ clinical needs and create personalised care plans.
Upon assessing clients' needs, case managers create personalised care plans, organise services and appointments on their clients' behalf.
To be more accessible to the public, the home care department moved to a shopfront in Cobram’s CBD in August 2023.
The Home Care team provides assistance to clients across the Moira and Berrigan shires and bordering towns.

As daily tasks become more challenging and your care needs increase, as an approved provider of Home Care Packages, we can support you to live independently in your own home.
We currently have Commonwealth Home Support Program funding available for the following services:
