Along with the awards, the event was an opportunity for the school’s 2023 captains Keely Thorpe and Noah Ferguson to be formerly presented to the community and given their badges.
The school was also given a $20,000 cheque for any future projects the school wishes to undertake by Cobram Family & Financial Services’s Bob Beggs.
It has yet to be decided what the money will be spent on.
