An extra kid in the playground

A baby goat visited the school, delighting both students and staff.

The adorable guest, brought in by a student, quickly became the centre of attention.

“Children eagerly lined up to pet and cuddle the soft-furred goat, many experiencing such an encounter for the first time,” principal Janice Eddy said.

“The visit was a delightful break from the usual school routine, bringing smiles to everyone’s faces.”

The special visit was one of many activities hosted by the school this week, as it comes to the end of Term 2.

On Wednesday the school hosted a Jump Rope for Heart day, and today it will host a pyjama day before the students and staff take their two week break.
