Born on May 8, 1979, at Cobram District Hospital, Adrian Matthew Fantig was the first-born child to Mario (dec) and Raelene Fantig.
Adrian attended the Eileen Taylor Kindergarten and St Joseph’s Primary School in Cobram and St Mary of the Angels Secondary College in Nathalia, where he made some of his most trusted lifelong friendships.
Adrian spent his childhood years heavily involved in local sporting clubs and in his junior years was recognised as a rising star for the Cobram and District Soccer League, going on to play in the senior league at 15 years of age.
Adrian possessed exceptional ball skills, combined with agility and speed which contributed to many important wins during his time at the club.
Adrian was a loving brother to Suzanne and Marcus, and has a little girl Sienna. She was his absolute world.
Adrian was very self-conscious, always working out at the gym and looking after himself.
He had a great fashion sense and regularly flaunted new Air Jordans or watches.
His hobbies included fishing, camping, gym/body building, soccer, football, and he had a passion for nice cars.
Adrian died in the early hours of July 24 in a car crash. He was 43.
