Woman's body found at waste facility

Homicide squad detectives are investigating the suspicious death and are waiting on the results of a post-mortem examination before formally identifying her.

Police believe her body was originally inside a bin that was picked up outside a property in the nearby suburb of Coolaroo on Tuesday before being taken to Epping.

Detectives are looking at CCTV and dash cam footage taken in the Coolaroo area from June 23 to July 2.

Anyone who saw suspicious behaviour or has relevant footage has been asked to contact investigators.
