Lawyers are known for speaking clearly and concisely. Even so, for those without legal knowledge, it is easy to dismiss the logistics of the law.
To ease the burden of information overload and make sense of all things legal, Victorian Law Week provides ample learning opportunities designed to make information as straightforward as an open-and-shut case.

From May 15 to 21, the state-wide program, organised by the Victorian Law Foundation, helps people find vital information about their legal rights and responsibilities and learn how to act on it.
More than 150 unique events are scheduled to take place across metro and regional Victoria, with the option to attend in-person or witness the event online.
The immersive week of activities are run by a range of organisations and experts that have been given jurisdiction to share their knowledge.
They include community legal centres, government bodies, community organisations, law firms, courts and tribunals and many more.
Whether it is a webinar to help navigate divorce or an in-person session to assist in preparing a will, it is evident that Victorian Law Week is a big help to all.
Take advantage of understanding your rights, knowing what help is available and seeing how our legal system works. Who knows, it could hold court in both your personal and professional life.
